وَيَهِشُّونَ لَهَا، لِأَنَّهَا تَجْمَعُ الأَنْفُسَ وَتُرِيحُ الْقَلْبَ مِنْ كَدِّ الْفِكْرِ
And they are delighted by it, because it gathers the souls and eases the heart from the toil of thought.
وَتُرِيحُ — and it eases. Front wa- is the joiner 'and', adding a second action parallel to the gathering. The verb is present tense with its 'it' subject built in, so the wit 'gathers... and eases', two verbs sharing one hidden subject joined by wa-.
