وَانْقَضَى زَمَانُ الدَّلَالِ وَفَاتَ وَقْتُ النُّشُوزِ،
The era of indulgence has ended, and the time for defiance has passed.
زَمَانُ — era. The subject of 'came to an end', a noun 'era' carrying the -u subject ending and placed after its verb. It heads an 'of' pairing with 'indulgence' next, giving 'the era of indulgence', the period said to be over.
