وَلَا تَمُدَّا إِلَى ذَلِكَ أَعْيُنُكُمَا فَإِنَّهَا زَهْرَةُ الحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَزِينَةُ الْمُتَرَفِّينَ،
Do not turn your gaze toward that, for it is the fleeting flower of this worldly life and the ornament of the indulgent,
تمدّا — extend you two. This is a command verb addressed to two people: its final long vowel is the dual ending, marking 'you two' specifically. After the prohibition word it sits in the form used for a forbidden command. Arabic has this dedicated 'exactly two' addressee form where English just says 'you'.
