فِي عَاجِلِ الدُّنْيَا كَالْجَلْدَ وَالرِّجَامَ وَالْحَلْقَ
In the immediate worldly life, such as flogging, stoning, and slitting the throat.
كَالْجَلْدَ — like flogging. The prefix ka- here means 'such as/like', introducing examples, and forces the following noun into the (genitive); its al- makes it definite. So it opens a list of sample punishments. It links the examples back to the scandals just mentioned.
