How to say “stoning” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فِي عَاجِلِ الدُّنْيَا كَالْجَلْدَ وَالرِّجَامَ وَالْحَلْقَ
In the immediate worldly life, such as flogging, stoning, and slitting the throat.
وَالرِّجَامَ — and stoning. The wa- coordinates this as a second item in the list of examples, so it shares the (genitive) governed by the earlier 'such as'. It adds another sample punishment alongside the first. The coordination keeps the whole series under the one 'such as'.
