Arabic vocabulary
How to say “generosity” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
قَالَ فَالْكَرَمُ مِنْ أَخْلاَقِ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصَّدِيقَيْنِ
He said, Generosity is among the noble qualities of the prophets and the truthful ones.
فَالْكَرَمُ — so generosity. This fuses the connector 'so/then' onto a definite noun bearing 'the'. The prefix resumes the argument from the quoted speaker, and the noun is the subject of the verbless claim that follows.
