وَإِنْ جَامَعَ إِمْرَأَتَهُ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ اللَّهُ فَأَجَامَعَهَا
And if he had intercourse with his wife and did not say the name of Allah, then he had intercourse with her.
جَامَعَ — he had intercourse. A past-tense verb of the doing-with-someone pattern, with its 'he' subject built in, serving as the condition after 'if'. It takes the next noun as the partner.
