How to say “harm” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وإذا تزاحَمت مفسدتان رُوعي أخفُّهما
If two harms compete, the least harmful should be considered.
مُفْسِدَتَانِ — two harms. The dual '-ani' — 'two harms,' exactly two — the subject of 'crowded.' Two evils where one cannot be wholly escaped; the count rides inside the word.
