How to say “his time” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَلَا يُضَيِّعُ وَقْتَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ فَائِدَةٍ،
So he did not waste his time on anything that brought no benefit.
وَقْتَهُ — his time. A noun with -hu ('his') attached, the object of the wasting verb. The attached possessor makes it definite and ties the time to him, and the object ending marks it as what the verb acts on. The -hu reaches back to the same man.
