By Allah, no one has honored it who has not humiliated it.
يُهِنْهَا — humiliated it. A present-tense (form IV) verb 'humbled / disgraced' clipped to the jussive by 'did not', with '-ha' (it) attached — 'did not humble it'. So: none honored the soul who did not first humble it.
