How to say “I left” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَإِنْصَرَفْتُ مُغْضَبًا وَلَمْ أَدْخُلْ إِلَيْهِ أَيَّامًا،
So I left angrily and did not go to him for days.
فَإِنْصَرَفْتُ — so I left. This verb is fronted by an attached 'so/then' marking consequence, with its first-person 'I' built into the past form by its ending. The joined particle ties the leaving to the rebuke just received. The ending is what fixes the 'I'.
