بَلْ مَا أَظُنُّهُ يَسْمَعُ شَيْئًا ،
Rather, I do not think he hears anything.
أَظُنُّهُ — I think him. A present-tense verb with the 'I' subject in its prefix and a tacked-on -hu 'him' as object, so 'I think him' in one word. This verb of opinion then takes a following clause as what is thought, the suffix marking whom the thought is about.
