فَقَالَ مَا لِي إِذَا نَظَرْتُ إِلَيْكَ اِمْتَلَأْتُ رُعْبًا
He said, "What is the matter with me? When I looked at you, I was filled with terror."
اِمْتَلَأْتُ — I was filled. A past-tense verb with a first-person 'I' suffix, 'I was filled'. Its reflexive-pattern stem gives the sense of the speaker becoming filled, with the doer built into the ending.
