How to say “kinship” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
والقرابة وَالْحجّة على ذَلِك قَوِيَّة
And the kinship and the evidence for that are strong.
وَالْقَرَابَةُ — and the kinship. This opens a verbless statement as its subject, in the '-u' ending. Its description ('strong') arrives only after a second subject is added, so one predicate ends up covering both, a tidy Arabic economy.
