You are a catapult stone and lead upon the hearts.
وَرَصَاصٌ — and lead. The connector wa- 'and' joins a second predicate noun 'lead [metal]' to the first metaphor, both describing the addressee. So 'you are [a] catapult-stone and lead', piling up images of crushing weight. The wa- coordinates the two predicates under the single 'indeed you are'.
