فَوَصَلَا مِنْ وَرَقِ التِّينِ وَعَمِلَا مَآزِرَ
Then they joined fig leaves together and made aprons.
وَرَقِ — leaves of. A noun 'leaves' that is the object of 'from' (hence genitive) and also heads an 'of' pairing with 'the fig' next, giving 'leaves of the fig'. It draws its definiteness from that owner and names the material joined together.
