وَهَذِهِ الْعِبَادَةُ هِيَ الَّتِي يُحِبُّهَا اللَّهُ وَيَرْضَاهَا
And this worship is what God loves and is pleased with.
يُحِبهَا — loves it. A present-tense verb 'loves' with a feminine 'it' attached as object, the suffix pointing back to the worship. The subject, the divine name, follows the verb, so 'God loves it'.
