How to say “more correct” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
أصحهما يجوز رجاء إسلامه
The more correct of the two is that it is permissible, hoping for his conversion to Islam.
أَصَحُّهُمَا — the more correct of the two. An 'elative' — the 'most / more' shape (like 'soundest') — with the dual 'them-two' attached: 'the sounder of the two.' It singles out the stronger of the two views; the dual pronoun ties it to that pair.
