She said, so we equipped them with the most complete equipment.
أَحَثَّ — most complete. An intensive adjective used with superlative force, 'the most thorough', heading a possessive pair with 'the equipment' after it. It also sits in the accusative as a manner-phrase telling HOW they equipped them, 'with the most thorough of equipping'.
