قَالَ لِعُقُوقِي وَالِدَتِي
He said to Aqouqi, "My mother."
وَالِدَتِي — and my mother. A noun with the first-person -i ('my') attached, 'my mother', made definite by the suffix. It stands as the one toward whom the offense in the previous word was committed, completing the boy's reason. The -i is the after-noun form of 'my', distinct from the verb-object 'me'.
