Arabic vocabulary
How to say “my wealth” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَاللَّهِ لَوْ كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَذْهَبِيِّ لَبَذَلْتُ رَوْحِيَ وَمَالِيَ فِي خِدْمَتِهِ
By God, if he had been of my school of thought, I would have devoted my life and my wealth to serving him.
وَمَالِيَ — and my wealth. This joins a linking 'and' to a second object 'my wealth' with a 'my' tag suffixed, coordinated with 'my life' as the things devoted. The 'and' yokes the pair, and both share the object-like role of 'devoted'.
