أَمَّا أَنْ يَصُدَّهُمْ عَنْ الْفَرَائِضِ الْخَمْسِ ؛ فَحَاشَا لِلَّهِ ،
As for turning them away from the five obligatory prayers, God forbid.
الْفَرَائِضِ — the obligations. A definite plural noun with al- ('the obligatory duties'), governed by 'from' into the 'of'-style (genitive) ending, and pinned down by the number that follows. It names what the speaker insists could never be blocked: the required prayers.
