يَصُدُّكُمْ — prevents you. A present-tense verb 'turns away / bars', third-person singular with the hadith as subject, carrying a -kum 'you' object, so 'bars you all'. The plural object is folded onto the verb's tail, naming the audience kept from worship.

يَصُدَّهُمْ — turn away them. A present-tense verb pushed into the subjunctive by the 'that' before it, carrying -hum 'them' as object, so 'that it bar them'. The plural pronoun points back to the people under discussion; the verb names the rejected idea of turning them from the duties.
