And all pleasures other than this pleasure are fleeting and perishable.
فَانِيَةٌ — perishable. A second predicate participle 'passing / perishing', indefinite nominative, set beside the first with no 'and' — 'perishable'. All other pleasures fade and pass; only love of God endures.
