وأمثال ذَلِك مِمَّا اسْتعْمل فِيهِ لفظ الْكَلِمَة من الْكتاب وَالسّنة بل وَسَائِر كَلَام الْعَرَب فَإِنَّمَا يُرَاد بِهِ الْجُمْلَة التَّامَّة
And the likes of that from the usage of the term (the word) in the Book and the Sunnah, as well as the rest of Arab speech, for it indeed means the complete sentence.
وَسَائِرُ — and the rest of. 'and the rest of' — 'wa' plus 'sa'ir' (the remainder), nominative, head of an 'of' pairing with 'speech'. It widens to everything else.

And all pleasures other than this pleasure are fleeting and perishable.
وَسَائِرُ — And all. 'And' plus 'the rest / all', first term of an 'of' pairing — 'all the rest of pleasures' — the topic, nominative. It owns the noun that follows.
