How to say “recompense” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَأَمّا الَّتِي هِيَ لَك فعملك أجازيك بِهِ أحْوج مَا تكون إِلَيْهِ
And as for the one that is for you, it is your deeds for which I will recompense you when you need it most.
أُجَازِيكَ — for which I will recompense you. This is a present-tense verb with 'I' built in and an attached 'you' as its object, so one word says 'I reward you'. The 'I' is God, and the present tense gives the promise an ongoing, certain force.
