Arabic vocabulary
How to say “rejects him” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَيَرْفُضُهُ وَيَتَحَوَّلُ إِلَى الْجَاهِلِ
He rejects him and turns to the ignorant man.
وَيَرْفُضُهُ — and rejects him. The wa- continues the narrative, and the present-tense verb it prefixes carries an attached object '-him' at its end. So one word holds 'and he rejects' plus its object. The '-him' points to the believer the devil gives up on.
