فَأَخْرَجَتْ أَقْرَاصًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ، ثُمَّ أَخْرَجَتْ خِمَارًا لَهَا
She brought out rounds of barley bread, then she brought out a headscarf for herself.
أَخْرَجَتْ — she brought out. A past verb with the '-at' feminine ending, 'she brought out', repeating the action for the scarf. The doer 'she' lives in the ending; with no prefix it is the plain next step after 'then'.
