How to say “Shin” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وذلك يوم يكشف عن ساق
And that is the day when the Shin will be uncovered,
سَاقٍ — the Shin. This noun stands as the object of the preceding preposition and so takes the ending a preposition requires of the word it governs. It is indefinite, carrying no 'the', and its place at the end of the clause is fixed by the preposition that points to it.
