يَسْتَكْثِرُ قَلِيلَ الْمَعْرُوفِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ
He regards a small kindness from other than him as excessive.
قَلِيلَ — a small. An adjective for 'small/little' in the accusative because it is the object of the reckoning-verb. It heads a possessive pairing with 'the kindness' that follows, 'a little of the kindness'. The accusative ending marks it as the thing being judged as much.
