فهي بمنزلة الرائحة التي يشمها مَنْ جَالَس حامل المسك،
it is like the fragrance that is sensed by those who sit with the musk carrier,
يَشُمُّهَا — senses it. A present-tense verb 'smells' with '-ha' (it) attached as object, its subject coming next — the scent being smelled. The feminine suffix points back to 'the fragrance'.
