ثُمَّ الغَرَامَ وَهُوَ الْحُبُّ الْمُلَازِمُ لِلْقَلْبِ
Then comes ardent love, the love that clings to the heart.
الْمُلَازِمُ — that clings to. An active participle 'clinging/accompanying', describing the love just named and following it in agreement. As a doer-form adjective it states the love's defining trait, and the phrase after it names what it clings to.
