وَفِي أَشْهَادِهَا وَفِي مَعْرِفَتِهَا الْمُؤْمِنُ وَالْكَافِرُ وَالْبَرُّ وَالْفَاجِرُ
And in its witnesses and in its knowledge are the believer and the disbeliever, the righteous and the wicked.
الْمُؤْمِنُ — the believer. The definite noun that begins the list of people who fit the statement. It is the grammatical subject here, and the words that follow simply add more members to it, each tied on by 'and'.
