الْمُكَرَّدَسُ — the one cast. A passive participle ('the one cast/heaped') used as a noun: the person who has had the action of being flung done to them. With the al- it is definite, naming the last and worst type. Arabic builds such 'the one X-ed' nouns straight off the verb.
