وَأَعْلَمْ أَنَّ الْأَنْبِيَاءَ جَاءُوا بِالْبَيَانِ الْكَافِيِ
Know that the prophets came with sufficient clarity.
الانبيا — the prophets. The definite plural that is the subject of the 'that...' clause. Because the heavy particle 'that' governs it, this subject takes the accusative shape even though it is the doer, a quirk where the particle, not the verb, sets the ending.
