غُرْبَانُ الْبَيْنِ فَقَامَتْ تَنْدُبُ الْآثَارَ
The crows of separation rose up and lamented the ruins.
الْآثَارَ — the ruins. Carries al- ('the'), making it specific, and is the thing wept over — the direct object of 'laments', so it takes the object ending. The plural is an irregular reshaped form. It names the ruins or traces the crows mourn, the desolate remains of what was.
