وَمَنْ يُوَقِّ شُحَّ نَفْسِهِ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمْ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
And whoever restrains the stinginess of his soul, those are the successful.
الْمُفْلِحُونَ — the successful. This is a plural doer-noun built from a verb, naming those who carry out success. It wears 'the' and stands as the predicate completing 'those are the successful ones'.
