How to say “they love them” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَأَفَلَتْ كَوَاكِبُهُ النَّيِّرَةُ مِنْ آفَاقِ نُفُوسِهِمْ فَلِذَلِكَ لَا يُحِبُّونَهَا،
And his bright stars faded from the horizons of their souls, so for that they do not love them.
يُحِبُّونَهَا — they love them. A present-tense verb whose -una ending is its own 'they' subject, with -ha ('them/it') stuck on the end as the object. So the single word carries who acts, the action, and what it acts on. The 'them' refers back to the stars; the whole verb is what the earlier 'do not' is denying.
