قد علمت أَيْن الْمنزل فاحد لَهَا تسر أَعلَى الهمم
You know where the abode is, so set a course for it; the highest aspirations race towards it.
لَهَا — for it. 'Li-' fused with '-ha' (it) — 'toward it', the abode (treated as feminine). The 'li-' marks the goal headed for.

He said: They say: If they had seen it, they would be more eager for it, more earnest in seeking it, and greater in their desire for it.
لَهَا — in seeking it. This is 'for it' — 'li-' plus '-ha', aiming this second keenness at Paradise. The pronoun points to it.

He said: They say: If they saw it, they would flee from it more and fear it more.
لَهَا — for it. This is 'for it' — 'li-' plus '-ha', aiming this fear at the Fire. The pronoun points to it.

لَهَا — before them. A preposition 'for/before' with the pronoun 'them' attached, the suffix reaching back to the destinies mentioned earlier rather than any nearer noun. One short word carries both the preposition and what it points to.
