How to say “to pilgrimage” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ فِي آخِرِ حَجَّةٍ حَجَّها
In al-Muzdalifah, at the end of the pilgrimage that he performed.
حَجَّها — he performed it. A past-tense verb with its 'he' subject inside and a feminine 'it' object on the end, so the word says 'he performed it'. The attached object points back to the pilgrimage just named, tracking the referent without a separate noun.
