إِنَّا إِذَا صِيحَ بِنا أَتَيْنَا
Indeed, when we were called, we came.
بِنَا — to us. The preposition bi- fused with -na, 'us'; here bi- links the calling to its target, marking the speakers as the ones called out to. The unit names whom the summons was directed at, the relationship bi- sets up with this verb.
