فَأَخْبَرَتْهَا — so she told her. The prefix fa- marks the next step ('so'), with 'told' carrying a feminine doer and an attached -ha ('her') as object. So one word packs sequence, the 'she' doer, and the 'her' recipient: 'so she told her'.
