فَلَفَّتْ الْخُبْزَ بِبَعْضِهِ، ثُمَّ دَسَّتْهُ تَحْتَ ثَوْبِي وَرَدَّتْنِي بِبَعْضِهِ،
She wrapped the bread with some of it, then tucked it under my garment and sent me back with some of it.
دَسَّتْهُ — she tucked it. A past verb with the '-at' feminine ending and '-hu' (it) attached as object -- 'she tucked it'. The doer 'she' is in the ending and the suffix names the wrapped bread she hid away.
