كَانَ اِبْنُ الْجَوْزِيِّ أَنِيقًا فِي مَظْهَرِهِ نَزِيهًا نَظِيفًا،
Ibn al-Jawzi was elegant in his appearance, upright and clean,
نزهًا — upright. Another adjective in the description run, 'upright', in the object-style case set by the 'was' verb governing the whole series. Arabic lets one copula govern a string of predicate adjectives, each taking that case.
