الاِسْتِقَامَةِ — of uprightness. The owning half of the 'of' pairing, in the dependent form that the second noun of such a chain takes. Sitting directly after its partner with no 'of' between, it is the abstract quality the path belongs to, completing 'the path of uprightness' by adjacency.
