مَنْكُوسًا — upside down. A descriptive word in the accusative giving the state in which the figure was seen, 'while upside down'. Arabic uses an accusative noun this way to attach a circumstance to the main action, describing the subject's condition at that moment. It paints how the figure appeared in the dream.
