Arabic vocabulary
How to say “wins him over” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَيَسْتَأْسِرُهُ وَيَتَمَكَّنُ مِنْ قِيَادِهِ
So he wins him over and becomes able to lead him.
فَيَسْتَأْسِرُهُ — so wins him over. The prefix fa- marks a consequence, 'and so', and the verb it rides is a Form-X present (a 'seeks/takes for himself' pattern) carrying an attached object '-him'. So one word holds the result-link, the verb, and its object. It moves to the devil's easy capture of the fool.
