وَهِيَ تَتَمَنَّى بَقَاءَكَ، وَأَنْتَ تَتَمَنَّى فِرَاقَهَا
She wishes you would stay, while you wish to be apart from her.
تَتَمَنَّى — she wishes. This is a present-shape verb with the 'she' subject built in, describing her ongoing wish. The present form marks it as her current, standing desire. It then takes the object after it to name what she longs for: his survival.
