Know the value of what you have lost and weep like one who knows the worth of what is gone.
مِقْدَارَ — the worth. 'Measure / extent', the object of 'knows', accusative ('-a'), and first term of an 'of' pairing — 'the measure of what is gone'. It owns the noun that follows.
