How to say “a style” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
يَتَمَلَّوْنَهَا عَلَى نَسَقٍ بِتَطْرِيبٍ وَتَشْوِيقٍ؛
They recite it in a melodious, suspenseful style.
نَسَقٍ — a style. An indefinite noun 'a pattern/style', governed by the preceding preposition so it carries the genitive with the indefinite two-stroke ending. It names the orderly manner of recitation, qualified by the two 'with...' phrases that follow.
